Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions establish a legal agreement between you and the service operator. Your use of any part of the service constitutes acceptance of all Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately stop using the service. We may change these Terms at any time.

Registration Requirements

Account creation requires a valid email address and a secure password. You guarantee the accuracy of registration details. You are fully responsible for all activities under your account. Any unauthorized access due to shared or weak credentials is your liability.

Authorized Use

You may use the service solely for lawful activities. You agree not to exploit the service for harmful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes. Prohibited actions include introducing viruses, phishing, and tampering with service infrastructure. Violations may lead to permanent banning.

User-Provided Content

Content you submit remains your property, but you grant a perpetual license to display and distribute it within the service. You represent that you have permission to grant this license. We have the right to remove any content at our discretion. We assume no liability for user-generated content.

Pricing and Subscription

Premium features require payment of fees as specified at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly provided in these Terms. You agree to pay applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in feature suspension.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term, unless auto-renewal is disabled at least forty-eight hours before renewal. Disabling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not affect your current term. You can manage auto-renewal settings in your account dashboard. Pro-rata refunds are not provided.

Modifications and Updates

We may update or remove features at any time. Major changes will be communicated at least seven days in advance. No compensation is provided for modifications. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.

Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or for security reasons. Notification will be given when feasible. All rights to access are revoked upon suspension. You must delete any local copies of service materials.

Intellectual Property

The service and all contents are protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the service. No further rights are conferred. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You assume all risks associated with use.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Disputes first pursue informal resolution for thirty days. Unresolved disputes proceed to arbitration or courts in that jurisdiction. Each party bears its own costs.
